Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Lexington, MA. Earn up to $19.00/hr we’re recruiting reliable people who love to help others and are looking for flexible work.

As a caregiver, also known as a Papa Pal, you’ll provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Earn up to $19.00/hr with bonuses.

• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depending on your location (not available everywhere)
• Work on your own flexible schedule using the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life
• No prior caregiving experience required
