    • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and support WECI integrations for UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems
  • Write and debug scripts for WECI integrations
  • Work with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions

    • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central
  • Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations
  • Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations
  • Experience with SQL and querying databases

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes
  • Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP
