Required Qualifications
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility (must be validated prior to submittal).
• Minimum DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
• 4+ years of experience in:
o Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST SP 800-53 implementation.
o Security assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring of classified systems.
o Regulatory compliance and auditing (e.g., STIGs, SCAP).
o Developing, maintaining, and managing SSPs and POA&Ms.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning tools, risk mitigation, and incident response.
