Feinmann Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support our production team in delivering high-end residential remodeling projects. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager, clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional client experience.
If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating details, and being part of a collaborative design-build environment, this position offers strong growth potential toward full Project Management.
What You'll Do
* Support project managers in overseeing residential remodeling projects from planning through completion.
* Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, logs, and documentation using project management software (e.g., Excel, Smart Sheets, TEAMs).
* Coordinate daily tasks with site supervisors and trade partners to keep work progressing on schedule.
* Assist with inspections, permits, and ensuring code compliance.
* Provide professional, proactive communication with clients regarding updates, next steps, and expectations.
* Help maintain safe, clean, well-organized jobsites that reflect Feinmann's quality standards.
* Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* 5-7 years of construction, production coordination, or project management experience (residential remodeling preferred).
* Strong understanding of project sequencing, residential trades, and jobsite workflows.
* Experience with Smart Sheets, Bluebeam, or similar construction software (training available).
* Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
* Ownership mindset - proactive, accountable, and strong attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Greater Boston area.
Compensation & Benefits
* $72k-$88k/year based on experience
