Job Description :
Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the full field execution of large, complex construction projects. This role owns jobsite safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day field leadership, working closely with project management and executive teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all job site operations, safety compliance, and field execution
- Enforce OSHA and site safety standards, lead inspections and incident response
- Drive QA/QC planning, mockups, inspections, and punch list completion
- Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, manpower, and coordination
- Oversee daily reports, field documentation, schedules, and look-ahead planning
- Maintain project schedules, identify delays, and communicate impacts proactively
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, housekeeping, and material flow
- Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, architects, and trade partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop field staff and supervisory teams
Required Qualifications :
- Extensive experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on complex construction projects
- Strong background in safety leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to lead large field teams and multiple trades
- Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, and modern field technology preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
