Job SummaryWe are seeking a Manufacturing Lab Associate to support our on-site manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals with academic or early hands-on experience in cell culture, sterile technique, or related laboratory skills who are eager to grow in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day manufacturing and laboratory operations.
- Assist with mammalian cell culture, media preparation, and other routine lab tasks (training provided)
- Perform work using aseptic technique to maintain high-quality standards.
- Follow established protocols and SOPs accurately and consistently.
- Document work clearly and maintain compliance with quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with mammalian cell culture and sterile/aseptic technique (academic or internship experience welcome)
