About the Role
Event Manager, full‑time, Lexington, MA. Supports our expanding business during the next growth phase. Reports to Head of Customer Engagement, Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of U.S. events, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.
- Manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications for large‑scale conferences and virtual events across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to determine promotional material requirements and ensure events meet brand standards.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
- Track and maintain marketing information, leads, and opportunities in CRM database and manage event registration and survey processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative event formats and engagement strategies.
- 6+ years of experience managing trade shows, events, and hospitality event management.
- Experience in B2B life sciences or related industry.
- Production and project management experience.
- Supplier and vendor negotiation and management experience.
- Budget tracking and expense reconciliation experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Zuant, Hub Spot).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Occasional travel within North America; annual international travel required.
Salary range: $80,000–$100,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
