Salary: $50-60 per hour depending on experience and case complexity.

Locations:
Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Maynard, Lexington and surrounding areas.

Positions:
Full-Time, Part Time or Per-Diem.

About the Role

As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. The right candidate will be part of our company’s Rockstar Clinical Team and will receive full support to grow in their career. This RN leader will own the overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of our home care services program – Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance especially in the area of infusion.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Requirements Must Haves
  • Active RN License in the state of operation.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Reliable car, driver’s license, and auto insurance (preferred).
  • Clinical experience – 2-3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
  • IV Infusion Therapy expertise – 2-3 years administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN.
  • Wound care – provide dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/WVAC management.
  • Problem‑solving & decision‑making skills.
  • Flexibility & availability – on‑call responsibilities and emergency response.
Nice to Haves
  • Home health or private duty nursing experience familiar with Bright Star Care’s business model.
  • Sales & business development mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
