Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Lexington, MA area and surrounding communities. The nurse provides direct care, assessments, education, and care planning for home infusion patients in accordance with care matrices and best practices.
The role requires an MA RN license, at least 3 years of infusion nursing experience, and willingness to travel to patient homes. Per diem 20 hours/week with mileage reimbursement is offered.
