• Contribute as part of a team of AD scientists towards the execution of analytical methods for biological therapeutic product release and characterization testing.
• Independently perform routine testing such as ELISA, potency, activity, HCP, qPCR assays using established methods and produce protocol and report documentation.
• Conduct work in compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other non‑lab‑based tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in technique and method selection, protocol design, data analysis, and use of standard practices for problems of moderate scope.
• Show troubleshooting capabilities.
• Maintain lab equipment and participate in general lab upkeep.
• Occasional weekend work may be required to passage cells.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology or Biochemistry with at least 2 years of experience with plate‑based assays (e.g., binding ELISA) or cell‑based assays.
• Master’s degree is a plus, with experience demonstrated via thesis, literature, or coursework.
• Clear understanding of plate‑based assay concepts and their application to biotechnology.
• Experience troubleshooting plate‑based and cell‑based assays.
• Prior use of software such as Soft Max Pro and PLA; flow cytometer experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and cross‑train on new techniques, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, and comply with company policies.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivated, adaptable, and positive.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

• 10–15 minute phone interview with region recruiter.

• 45–60 minute onsite interview with the team.

Full‑time, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lexington, MA are encouraged to apply.
