Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser to showcase your organization and retail relationship skills while maintaining product placement.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently across various retail locations (grocery, drug, department stores, mass retailers). Your role includes restocking, organizing, monitoring inventory using a mobile device, supporting seasonal resets and installations, and building strong retailer relationships.

• Starting pay: $16.00–$16.50 per hour, based on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 8–12.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use mobile devices to restock, organize and monitor Hallmark products; maintain flawless product display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional days and extended hours around seasonal holidays, including the actual holiday if required.
• Department resets:
  Assist with fixtures, relocations, and remodeling assignments often with advance notice.
• Team support:
  Collaborate with fellow merchandisers to support each other’s territories.

Job requires pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders is common.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device for instruction and reporting.
• Have reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
