Support the store manager by delivering exceptional customer service and advising clients on product, service and community options within Conte’s Bike Shop.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure quality control of all bikes you work on; correctly assemble and set up.
• Help maintain and replenish consumable stock within the workshop.
• Update and maintain records and track ordered parts and warranties.
• Complete all assigned jobs as per the work schedule.
• Ensure all operational tasks delegated are completed.
• Mitigate customer service issues by proactively managing them as they arise.
• Arrive early to set up the store to open on time.
• Close out the store at the end of the day.
• Maintain a high degree of focus on quality of workmanship and workshop organization.
• Continuously develop product and service knowledge.
• Excellent people skills; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Motivate and provide enthusiastic customer experiences.
• Handle high volume sales and lead team accordingly.
• Fit well with all peers; high attention to detail.
• Extensive mechanical background highly desirable.
• Minimum pay $20/hr; final pay based on experience.
