As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store, engaging with members and customers to schedule free, no-obligation estimates for home improvement projects. Opportunities to attend trade shows to generate leads may also be available.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Strong persuasion skills with basic selling ability
• Self-motivated with goal focus and discipline
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods

• $10.50/hour base pay plus bonus; average earnings $14-$16
