If you're coming from healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or any professional background and you have your license, you don't have to figure out the business‑building part the hard way.

We're a PLACE‑powered team that's invested over $100K annually in You Tube lead generation to provide you with quality buyer and seller leads. We don't buy low‑commission leads from Zillow or other lead vendors.

• Qualified leads from You Tube, SEO, and our Boston Street Pulse media platform
• Full administrative, marketing, and listing coordination support
• Proven scripts, CRM tools (Brivity), and listing presentation frameworks
• Year‑round, hands‑on coaching using challenger sales methodology. We train you on lead generation, client education tactics, offer strategy, and efficient property showings throughout your entire first year
• We expect first‑year agents to close 19‑24 deals. Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.
• Clear production targets with accountability and support to hit them

• Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations
• Negotiate contracts
• Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
• Follow daily prospecting standards
• Deliver exceptional client service

Required:

• Active Massachusetts real estate license (non‑negotiable)
• Bachelor’s degree OR professional work experience (healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or similar backgrounds)
• Full‑time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you’ll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
• Coachable and willing to learn to become a salesperson
• Understand this is consultative sales, not just "relationship building" or just "showing nice homes"
• Ready to follow proven systems and accept coaching

• Think success comes from just "working hard" and "being nice to people"
• Want complete autonomy without structure or accountability
• Are looking for part‑time income or a side gig
• Don’t have your Massachusetts real estate license yet
