The Tesker Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery within our production environment. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Tesker equipment to maintain consistent product quality and meet production targets. The operator will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules reliably.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically with Tesker or similar machinery.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Certification in industrial equipment operation or maintenance.
