As a Product Manager (Food & Thermal Capital Equipment), you will be responsible for the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products across international markets for our business segment. You will develop deep knowledge of the Food & Thermal segment’s customer needs, business needs, and identify solutions to address these needs. This is a highly cross‑functional role that will be based in Lexington, NC;
report to the Global Vice‑President of Engineering and be strongly aligned with the Global Vice‑President of the business segment.
- Strategy Planning and Execution:
Identify target markets, size the opportunities within those markets, and assess the ability to realize commercial outcomes. - Understand and assess industry trends and market opportunities; develop transition plans and marketing strategies.
- Synthesize data, capitalize on opportunities, validate technology and commercial opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional product teams through stage gate processes.
- Own product pipelines, create product roadmaps, and deliver go‑to‑market plans.
- Drive performance metrics and ensure delivery of product results.
- 10+ years experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Significant experience in Food & Thermal segment product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with market research, SWOT, and benchmarking.
- Ability to work globally and lead through influence.
- Proficient learner, self‑starter, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Self‑aware, comfortable with ambiguity, and comfortable with data and analysis.
- Comfortable with project management, resources, and budgets.
- High competency in product management tools and methodologies.
