The Engineering Services department presents a unique career opportunity as a
Civil Engineer II . This position performs intermediate engineering work involving planning, design, review, field inspection, and administration work for a variety of public infrastructure projects. Coordinates with other City departments and Utilities as well as non-city utilities, contractors, and state and federal agencies. Check out the great benefits the City has to offer.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Two years of progressive experience in engineering
• Valid NC driver’s license or valid out-of-state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver’s license within sixty days of employment and good driving record
