We have an immediate opening for a service advisor who has been a prior certified technician. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities And Duties

Job Purpose:

This position plays a vital role in providing the highest level of customer service. The primary function is to provide customers with the information they need to service and maintain their vehicle correctly. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers is a priority, along with a friendly and positive attitude with customers and co-workers. Always looking out for the customer's and the company's best interest is essential.

• Must have been a prior certified technician.
• Must have computer proficiency (Automate experience is a plus).
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Valid NC driver's license.
