Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join a leading provider of sustainable and efficient transport solutions. The role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, building talent pipelines, and partnering with Hiring Managers across the organization.

Position Type
  • Contract
  • Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Base Pay Range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Required Qualifications
  • Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
  • Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, Linked In, etc.)
  • Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, sourcing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of roles within matrixed corporate organizations
  • 4‑year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Skills:

    sourcing & interviewing, managing hiring‑manager relationships, attending/organizing hiring events
Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels and partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures
  • Developing long‑term recruiting strategies and nurturing relationships with hiring managers and potential hires
  • Creating robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and determining selection criteria
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
  • Assessing candidate information and using the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
  • Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and interview questions
  • Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Fostering long‑term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers
