Estate Planning Attorney

Our growing law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of elder law issues, including wills, trusts, and Medicaid regulations. This exciting opportunity requires a license to practice law in North Carolina, at least two years of experience in estate planning, and the ability to draft both revocable and irrevocable trusts.

This role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of clients, helping to ensure their financial security.

• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action.
• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets.
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years.
• Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year.
