Lamination Press Operator

EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Lamination Press Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll operate advanced machinery to press decorative paper onto particleboards, creating top-notch Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) boards. You will also conduct quality checks and collaborate with your team to keep our production processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule: 12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.

Lamination Press Operator

EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Lamination Press Machine Operator to join our team. JOB FUNCTIONS:
Job functions include but are not limited to the following:


  • Set up, operate, and monitor advanced lamination press machinery.
  • Utilize the HMI panel to adjust manufacturing settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
  • Ensuring adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
  • Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ability to learn and understand a comprehensive training program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Background / Experience

  • Experience in clear communication.
  • Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
  • Experience with tools and machinery.
SCHEDULE DEMANDS

  • Schedule:

    12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
  • Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
