The Engineering Supervisor will possess a visionary mindset that will combine strong leadership skills with technical expertise. As an integral part of our leadership team, this role is responsible for leading the engineering team to drive innovation, safety and efficiency in a state-of-the-art steel mill.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• 5 years of leadership experience
• 5 years of experience developing and implementing new technologies in the steel industry

• 4-year Engineering Degree or equivalent applicable work experience
• Experience with MiDa steel mill technology
• Experience with automated overhead cranes
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement
