Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various machinery within a manufacturing facility. Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery, including stamping presses, to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of machines and tools, utilizing calipers and micrometers to measure dimensions accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow production schedules and work orders to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
• Experience with quality control processes to ensure product specifications are met.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
