Paint Load-Unloader

What will you do?

• Responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with the hanging of unpainted parts or the removal of painted parts on the paint line.
• Prepare unpainted parts by taping or plugging holes.
• Hook and load unpainted parts onto paint line conveyor.
• Remove painted parts from paint line conveyor.
• Perform QC inspections on all painted parts.
• Identify, tape and plug unpainted parts.
• Hook and load parts onto the paint conveyor.
• Perform data entry functions as required.

• Candidate must be willing and dalam to learn new skills and apply them to help others.
• Must have the ability to work independently or as a team member and display flexibility in supporting manufacturing production Post needs and therii customer.
• Must be able to handle at least 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Serve as trainer to other loaders/unloaders.
• Important to work as a team player within the work cell and advise the supervisor of any problems with quality or safety.
