• Provide specialized care:
  Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise:
  Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation:
  Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families:
  Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management Skills
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
• Good Organization and Effective Communication
• Home Health Experience (preferred)

Sunday-Saturday Peds 7a-7p; 7p-7a; 11p-7a.
