We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full‑time and part‑time shifts in Lexington, NC and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $62,000 to $73,000.
Our focus is on quality pediatric home health care. Tasks include direct patient care, ongoing assessments, medication administration, care coordination, family education, and preventative quality initiatives.
- Focus on medical needs and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to the plan of care.
- Conduct on‑going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care with all relevant personnel.
- Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect patient quality of care.
- Patient‑centered care with a 1:1 patient‑care ratio.
