Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Lexington Medical Center
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist to join our dynamic anesthesia team in Lexington, NC.
What We Offer- Work/Life Balance: flexible work schedule options – multiple 12‑hour shift options, hybrid 12‑hour & 8‑hour shifts, weekend options.
- CME Reimbursement: up to $2,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year for Continuing Medical Education.

What You’ll Do- Provide anesthesia for inpatient procedures using safe and quality techniques.
- Precept student nurse anesthetists, mentor and assess medical students.
- Use clinical decision‑making to determine patient care plans, considering comorbidities and guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical team for effective team‑based care; uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, promote infection prevention.
- Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality.
- Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to cost containment efforts and conserve resources.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program;
Master’s degree or higher required. - Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina and current certification/recertification as RN‑ANESTHESIA by the National Board.
- Current CPR, ACLS, BLS certifications.
- Demonstrated clinical competency within scope of privileges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Base pay range $97.75–$156.40 per hour, plus incentives based on performance and shift allowances.
