Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist to join our dynamic anesthesia team in Lexington, NC.

• Provide anesthesia for inpatient procedures using safe and quality techniques.
• Precept student nurse anesthetists, mentor and assess medical students.
• Use clinical decision‑making to determine patient care plans, considering comorbidities and guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical team for effective team‑based care; uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, promote infection prevention.
• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality.
• Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment efforts and conserve resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program;
  Master’s degree or higher required.
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina and current certification/recertification as RN‑ANESTHESIA by the National Board.
• Current CPR, ACLS, BLS certifications.
• Demonstrated clinical competency within scope of privileges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Base pay range $97.75–$156.40 per hour, plus incentives based on performance and shift allowances.
