Team Member Position

The Team Member is an integral part of the business. Team Members are the first person that customers see when they walk through the door and are the first voice customers hear at the drive‑thru. In this role you represent the entire restaurant and are a significant part of the customer experience. Primary responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, assisting in resolving service issues, maintaining food‑safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Cook

Position

The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety‑compliant products are being served to our guests.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Use the correct tools to prepare, cook, and present our products
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well‑stocked area to ensure food quality
  • Maintain and regularly clean cookers inside and out
  • Manage oil/shortening levels and regularly inspect oil quality
  • Deliver quality products that meet company and brand expectations
Team Member Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Can work a cash register
  • Good personal grooming
  • Pass background check criteria
  • Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry trash containers to an outside bin
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
  • Complete CORE training
  • Complete Service Mastery training program
Cook Requirements
  • Good personal grooming
  • Good communication skills
  • Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Conduct motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • Complete Chicken Mastery training program with RGM verification
  • Complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
  • Complete CORE training
