Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Lexington, NC.

Pay and benefits:

• $1600–$1800 per week, plus $0.56 per mile for 1,000–2,500 miles/ week; $21 per stop for 15–25 stops/week; $65 per night for 3–5 nights/week.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,250 after 30 days and $1,250 after 90 days.
• Paid training; 401(k) rollover and company match; medical, dental and vision starting at 30 days.
• Paid personal time off starting day 1; 80 hours accrued in the first year.
• Unlimited referral bonuses; 12 weeks paid maternity leave (eligible); uniform and boot allowance.

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday/Friday, start time 10:00 AM.

Route: SOLO to the Eastern Coast, north as far as Maine, and some Mid‑Western states; sleeper tractor and 53′ dry van; freight includes touch‑window & doors.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass Ryder drug test and background check, DOT physical, Ryder road test.
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements.
• Class A tractor‑trailer experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the past 5 years, OR 5 years in the past 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret laws, regulations and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and agency regulations; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
