Salary Range: $32,000-$42,000 Depending on Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum 2‑3 years of office administration or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, Smartsheet, AI software, and office equipment operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
