Big Blue Marble Academy is hiring a Child Care Assistant Teacher for the Hadleigh Drive location.

Base pay: $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Work with Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and keep classroom functioning smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for children; use electronic daily tracking to document milestones.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep classroom clean and safe.

• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children (child care, daycare, or preschool preferred).
• Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, etc. for six to eight hours daily.
• Must be able to lift minimum 30 pounds.
• Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.
