Job Description: Rytec Electric is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Dispatch/Customer Support Specialist. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between our valued customers and our field team. Your primary objective will be to schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing geographic logistics while exceeding customer expectations. Additional day to day Office administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with customers and our field team to schedule appointments, prioritizing efficiency and surpassing customer expectations.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, guaranteeing exceptional service throughout all interactions.
  • Manage communication between customers and field team members to facilitate a smooth workflow and proper scheduling expectations.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize communication tools and systems effectively for accurate and timely scheduling and dispatching. Keeping detailed notes on file.
Qualifications
  • Deep commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the field team.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail in managing scheduling efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or dispatch roles is advantageous.
