• Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions in fiber and digital solutions.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify innovative opportunities.
• Lead feasibility trials, prototyping, and scale‑up for industrialization.
• Introduce new materials and technologies to enable next‑generation products.
• Prepare patent disclosures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Organize technical meetings with customers to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Benchmark competitor products and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to refine concepts.
• Provide application engineering support for optical fiber cable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials, or Applied Physics).
• 10+ years in R&D, product development, or innovation roles.
• Expertise in fiber and optical fiber cables.
• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with UV‑curable materials and curing processes.
• Proficiency in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation.
• Strong project management and root cause analysis skills.
