  • Collaborate with manufacturing to adjust materials based on availability and production needs.
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.
  • Support new product introductions by developing and refining BOMs during prototyping and pilot phases.
  • Work closely with design, estimating, and production teams to ensure BOM accuracy and alignment with operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, approved methods, and quality requirements.
  • Liaise with procurement and field services to ensure BOMs reflect accurate material specifications and installation requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations, engineering support, or production planning will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferred, ideally in signage, fabrication, or facilities services.
  • Strong expertise in BOM creation and management within ERP systems (IFS preferred).
