• Inspect Transportation Construction Projects:
  Ensure all work and materials meet project plans, proposals, and specifications
• Perform Key Measurements & Calculations:
  Verify weights, volumes, and measurements to ensure accuracy
• Conduct Materials Testing & Sampling:
  Ensure materials meet quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Daily Documentation:
  Record all inspection activities and findings in detailed reports
• Work Outdoors:
  Enjoy the variety of working in different weather conditions and environments
• Physical Responsibilities:
  Be prepared for heavy lifting and manual tasks as part of the inspection process
• Independent Work:
  Take ownership of your tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Flexible Hours & Travel:
  Expect extended hours and occasional overnight stays as part of the role

A valid driver’s license is required.

• Associate’s Degree in related field preferred

• SCDOT Certifications
