** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support electrical engineering projects that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.
* Assist with troubleshooting and analyzing electrical systems, motors, controls, and instrumentation.
* Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
* Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to support project execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process and equipment improvements.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, and industrial equipment through coursework or hands-on experience.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
* Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
** Work Environment
*** Hands-on experience in an industrial fly ash processing and materials operations environment.
* Combination of office, control room, and plant floor activities.
* Exposure to manufacturing equipment, operational processes, and engineering projects.
* Must be able to work safely around industrial machinery and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
