Flexologist

Location: 5232 Sunset Blvd, Lexington, SC 29072
Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Must be available Saturdays 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Varying morning and afternoon shifts during the week | Closed on Sundays
Commitment: Minimum one-year commitment required

Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related field strongly preferred.

Additional certifications in fitness, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, or personal training are a plus.

Strong knowledge of human anatomy, flexibility, and mobility.

Hands-on experience working one-on-one with clients in a fitness, wellness, or therapy setting.

Confident communicator who can engage clients and build lasting relationships.

Comfortable with selling memberships and services to help clients commit to their wellness journey.

Reliable transportation to commute to the Lexington studio (with potential shifts at our Forest Lake/Columbia location if needed).

Availability to work Saturdays (8:00 AM 2:00 PM) and flexible weekday shifts.

Able to commit to this role for at least one year.

As a Flexologist, you'll be the reason clients return again and again. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver customized assisted stretching sessions, educate clients on the benefits of flexibility and mobility, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact. Flexologists are also brand ambassadors helping to grow the studio through memberships, referrals, and community events.

Deliver safe, professional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Lab's proven methods and your own knowledge.

Educate clients on flexibility vs. mobility and how stretching contributes to both.

Build meaningful connections and provide an experience that keeps clients coming back to you.

Confidently guide clients through membership options, handle objections, and support sales conversions.

Proactively book future sessions and encourage long-term consistency.

Represent Stretch Lab at community events to promote services and introduce new clients to assisted stretching.

Contribute to a positive studio culture and collaborate with the team to reach studio goals.

$22 $ 24 per hour based on experience and credentials.
