Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials and negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding personal injury claims.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in litigation.
• Excellent legal drafting abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis‑Nexis.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, including workers compensation is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while meeting deadlines.
