Field Coordinators / Electrician

Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.
• Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently.
• Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects.
• Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.
• Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.

Qualifications

• Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects.
• Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.
• Self-managing, determined, and diligent.
