Area Supervisor – Plumbing Field Supervisor
Location: Lexington, South Carolina
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (Based on Experience)

Who You Are- Extensive hands‑on plumbing experience and a deep understanding of the trade
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring installations meet quality standards and code requirements
- Proven leadership skills that keep projects moving smoothly and teams motivated
- A problem‑solver’s mindset, able to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts quickly
- Exceptional organization, planning manpower, schedules, and project needs efficiently
- Clear, confident communication with plumbers, contractors, and clients
- A safety‑first approach, enforcing protocols to protect workers and maintain compliance
- 10+ years of plumbing experience; journeyman or master certification preferred
- Prior supervisory experience leading teams and overseeing field operations
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes
- Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
- A track record of enforcing safety standards and delivering high‑quality work
- Supervise Quality Inspectors, plumbers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high‑quality work
- Plan manpower needs, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades
- Inspect installations for code compliance, safety, and workmanship
- Troubleshoot installation conflicts and keep projects running smoothly
- Enforce job site safety protocols for all employees and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and project adjustments

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Proven ability to plan manpower, assign tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, including troubleshooting plumbing issues and resolving jobsite conflicts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams, contractors, and clients
- Commitment to enforcing jobsite safety protocols and maintaining OSHA‑compliant work environments
