The OpportunityWe are launching septic installation in the Lexington-Columbia market, and this is the seat that leads it in the field. You will be the licensed installer on every septic job we build, and you will train the crew that grows with the division. Sewer work keeps you fully busy year-round while septic volume builds. The builder relationships already exist. The work is waiting on the right person.
What You Will Do- Install septic systems to SCDES permit: gravity, pump, elevated and mounded, curtain drain, and commercial systems.

- Serve as the licensed installer on septic jobs and supervise the crew working under your license.
- Read permits, approved layouts, and soil reports, and set elevations and grade with a laser.
- Coordinate SCDES inspections. Nothing gets covered before it is inspected.
- Photo-document every install before cover to company standard.
- Operate a mini-excavator and skid steer safely around tanks, trenches, and drain fields.

- Take daily assignments from Dispatch and work within the same chain of command as every Plumbing Solutions installer.
- Ground floor of a new division, backed by an established company with steady builder volume.
