Customer Solution Ambassador

The Customer Solution Ambassador’s goal is to resolve customer requests and enhance the customer experience by providing a “drum roll please” experience at every contact. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, enjoys helping others, has exceptional hobo communication skills, and strives to deliver resolution on first contact. Success will be measured by achieving individual key performance goals and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores.

• Serve as a Communication Superstar: respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Think outside the box to solve complex issues.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced support environment.
• Speak up when opportunities to improve service arise.
• Provide personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate effectively within a team‑based environment.

• At least oneNAS year of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.
• Call Center experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Banking experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to work Saturday and evening hours.

• Call Center hours:
  Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
