This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager based in Lexington, TN. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, supervising technicians, ensuring quality control, maintaining service revenue goals, and promoting safety standards. The role also involves analyzing work orders for cost-effectiveness and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes.
Qualifications- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and scheduling
- Strong technical knowledge in equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
- Customer service and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of service management software
- Ability to implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulations
- Relevant experience in the construction or forestry equipment industry is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
