• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Shifts Available: 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Assemble components in departments such as Assembly, CAC, Roll, Fin/Tube, Cuprobraze, and AALS
• Position parts according to blueprints (must be able to read blueprints)
• Bolt, clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together securely
• Use hand tools to remove small amounts of metal for precise fits
• Operate hammers, rollers, swagers, and measuring tools to complete tasks accurately
• Contribute to the safe, efficient production of high-quality finished products

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of related industrial or manufacturing experience preferred (training considered)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills
• Reliability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
