Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate for the Lexington, TN site. Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour with a quarterly gain sharing bonus program. Hours are 6:30am - 4:30pm, with overtime expected.
Duties include reading production orders, meeting productivity and quality standards, crane operation, and manual material handling. Role requires standing 8–12 hours daily, climbing on/off equipment, lifting up to 60 pounds, and basic computer skills.
