Job DescriptionThe requested positions will require a wide variety of semiskilled, miscellaneous maintenance tasks or assignments.
Duties & Responsibilities- Safety repairs as they relate to the facility.
- 3Q6S Projects
- Low voltage electrical repairs:
Repair/Replace lights inside and outside of the facility, and 240/120volt circuits. - Plumbing:
Repair/Replace Wash basins, Toilets & Water Supply Pipes/Drains - Minor carpentry repairs:
Ceiling tiles, sheetrock walls, flooring, walkthrough doors and roll-up doors. - Install and removal of desks, shelving, cabinets, and wall hangings.
- HVAC: (Certification Preferred) Perform PMs and repair HVAC units for the facility and equipment.
- Maintain operation of perimeter gates and fencing
- Support the equipment maintenance team.
- Develops strategies to safely resolve problems with the least amount of downtime, or cost to company
- Plans the scopes of work, time, and materials required to complete tasks assigned
- Emphasizes preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs of a variety of electronic controls, systems, boards, and circuits
- Works with single and multi phase electricity to 480 volts, plumbing materials and applications, HVAC systems, variety of welding and brazing processes, and repairs with block, brick, and concrete
- Ability to use a variety of precision measuring instruments, read and interpret detailed prints, drawings, layouts and specifications
- Ability to apply information to manufacturing process
High School Diploma / GED Required
Trade/Technical School Preferred
