Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Columbia is looking for an individual to write estimates and project manage jobs that have been mitigated and that need repairs. We are a full-service restoration company that specializes in mitigating losses due to fire, smoke, flood, storm, and mold. At Paul Davis, we help property owners bring their homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition after a damaging event.

• Write detailed estimates using industry-standard software.
• Project manage the repair of mitigated properties.
• Communicate throughout the project with insurance professionals and property owners to set and manage expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and property owners.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Base salary starting at $X,000 per year with a rewarding commission schedule based on production and margins.

Salary range: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
