** How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
** The imaging technician student is involved in a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for and/or performing ultrasound examinations for diagnosis of patients.
* Travel to other Velocity Care sites
* Applies knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for all patients served.
* Under direct supervision of a registered technologist, operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality radiographs.
* Performs duties associated with processing patients, which may include scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing skills.
* Evaluates and positions patients with a high degree of professional ethics, care, courtesy, patience and safety.#
** What We Require:

* Education:

** High school graduate or equivalent education required. Current student in 3rd or 4th quarter of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.

* Experience:

** Letter of support from Program Director.
