Registered Dietitian

• Conducting nutritional assessments and documenting care plans
• Monitoring residents’ nutritional status and making appropriate recommendations
• Collaborating with nursing, dining services, and other departments to support person-centered care
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to nutrition and dietary services
• Providing education and guidance to staff, residents, and families as needed

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential recognized by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Licensure in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to respectful, resident-centered care
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines including those from CMS and the Virginia Department of Health

Bachelors or better.
