Recruiting Coordinator

HTG is a growing Technical Staffing company located in Lexington, SC. We partner with our client’s IT leadership to achieve a deep understanding of the environment and technology initiatives; our goal is to provide our clients with highly qualified, highly motivated individuals who make an immediate positive impact on productivity which in turn helps our clients meet their business objectives.

We are seeking a local, highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! This role will equip our recruiters with the information and tools they need to fill vital positions with talented, able candidates. This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with database management and standard office efficiency suites, including Excel and Outlook.
This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days a week in the Lexington, SC office.

• Provide a highly professional and positive candidate experience to all candidates.
• Write, post, and update job descriptions for new job openings.
• Screen resumes and applications for potential job candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates.
• Remain up to date on hiring trends.
• Build pipelines of top-quality candidates.
• Compile reports from personnel databases.
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants.

• Proven experience sourcing candidates, administrative support, or other related fields.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work hard
